chapter 1 of the book

crayons and consumption chaos

for a very long time in my life, i was very scared of consuming food. a major contributor of this weird, constant fear of food was a saying i had heard not so long ago from a person i significantly trusted: "you become what you eat."

i did not want to become someone's food.

consequently, people around me didn't get to live that long, and i survived mostly on sunlight and a little bit of crayons here and there. (hey, eating crayons is fun; i only ate the non-toxic ones.)

i figured it would be nice to be a crayon once i grew up. so full of all those colours, they came in shades of blacks, whites, and everything in between!

i thought a crayon was someone i could be, a viable career option: 132 fiat currency units a pack or 11 fcu's for a unit if you did the math right. (annual compensation.)

i thought this is what they meant by "adding colors to life". and i was right, but also sad.

sad because i had no friends.

right because there was no one to prove me wrong.

they all had been consumed, remember?

and then the lord said, "let there be chapter 1," and bam, there was a book.

and then the lord said, "thou shalt not steal," and i said, "aye aye, captain," and "long live pixabay!" for that is where all the images come from.
